ENoLL Summer School

To be held in Helsinki Metropolitan Region -the 2012 World Design Capital and European Entrepreneurial Region 2012.

The 2012 Summer School will offer four days full of happenings! Interesting and inspiring programme starting with the Pre-summer School workshop, continuing with three main Summer School days offering several workshops, presentations and excursions and site-visits with the aim of giving the participants a wider insight about models, theories and technologies related to Living Labs and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience from the leading experts on the subject and to network with other Living Lab enthusiasts.

After the two successful Summer School editions in Paris 2010 and in Barcelona 2011, the third edition will be held in Helsinki and Espoo, Finland. This Summer School is sponsored by the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) and will be organised by Laurea Living Labs Network with a close collaboration with ENoLL, Aalto, CKIR and Forum Virium Helsinki.

The theme of the III ENoLL Summer School is Bridging the gap between RDI results and their use from micro to the most macro level through Living Labs.

Participants

Researchers, developers, innovators, leaders, lecturers, students and other representatives from private and public sector as well as higher education institutions.

On Monday the 20th August, 2012 we welcome all participants of the summer school to attend a pre-summer school research day. This day is designed for people who would like to present their papers on Living Labs, User Driven Innovation and other related research topics. There is no additional fee for the pre summer school participation. Submission of abstracts is available on our summer school online registration which can be found in the summer school web pages.
