FutureEverything and Manchester City Council, the 2 Manchester partners on the CitySDK project co-curated a day of presentations and workshops entitled “Reuse and Replicate in the Smart City”, along with partners NESTA, the UK innovation agency, and iNetwork, representing local authorities in the North of England.
Taking place on Thursday 18th May at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester this event showcased case studies from the UK and Europe as well as a series of keynotes about innovating in the public sector – and the importance of learning from others. Increasingly there is a need for sharing of ideas and sharing of resources to better implement new and innovative services within cities.
