Gnosis Computers was founded in 1993. The company is specialized in providing complete turnkey solutions for administration and delivery of public information services for Municipalities in the area of ICT. Since 1998 the processes have been certified ISO 9001 for design, sales of SW-products, integration of telecommunication systems and consulting.
Relevant Competence for the project
Gnosis have completed over 100 Wi-Fi urban networks in Central Greece, providing a wide range of content as well as digital services based on user location. During the last 3 years the company has been involved in green ICT projects in the sector of detection and prevention of physical disasters for the public with GIS data management.
Main role and activities to be carried out
Gnosis is responsible for improving the existent digital services for the Municipality of Lamia, replicating the new applications (coming from the other cities) and aligning all of them with the SDK.
