Internet of things in the Makers era, 23rd May, Rome

Colleagues in Italy and elsewhere are invited along to “Internet Things in the Makers Era” this week in Rome.

We would all like to live in intelligent cities, be able to interact with the public administration and have real time data, but how can we achieve this? The CitySDK Project (City Service Development Kit) aims to build software tools that will help cities that want to push innovation and to ease every-day tasks through interaction between citizens, Open Data, and real-time data from sensors scattered around the city.

SMEs, policy makers, digital managers and students are invited along to a full day event where they can find out about new tools such as CitySDK. Federico Capoano will be discussing the CitySDK API and the services they have been developing.
